At EliorWatches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
